The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and outstanding customer service.Responsibilities:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners
      • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
      • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers

      • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics and performance to senior managementQualifications:
        • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
        • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry
        • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and mentor a team
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
        • Experience with data center, technology, and CRM platforms
        • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
        • Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development
