Our GTM Executive Search Team at Stott and May is currently on the search for a Sales Director for a Series-A software organization in the ecommerce and logistics technology space.The role will focus on net-new account acquisition of ecommerce businesses in the territory. These are large, complex, greenfield deals that can range from high-6 to mid-7 figure contract values. This is going to be one of the founding members of their US GTM team and will own all outbound sales endeavors. You will work with a healthy marketing funnel, build a deeper outbound motion, and eventually scale the team as a leader.Sectors: Cyber Compliance, GRC, and Communications SoftwareStages: Series ASizes: 30-40 EmployeesWhat we're looking for:
5+ years of experience within SaaS, eCommerce, or Logistics Technology sales, in a quota-carrying sales role focused on supporting net-new opportunities Track record of landing large, net-new deals with various brands and DTC businesses Ability to manage complex sales cycles of 2-3 months+ in length Experience in selling at the C-Level, particularly in executive and ecommerce teams Strong operational rigor; having proven experience in running enterprise-focused sales playbooks, client penetration plans, organizational structures, rep plans, onboarding, etc. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to achieve results together; be highly coachable and adopt a growth mindset Highly methodical and process-focused sales person, someone that has a scientific nature to the way that they build pipeline, sell, and iterate #J-18808-Ljbffr
