What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop annual market plan to achieve depletion, distribution, and revenue goals
- Monitor and evaluate distributor performance
- Formulate market plans by channel and account
- Educate distributor sales personnel on the portfolio and brand standards
- Monitor competitor activities in the market
What Is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area OR equivalent years of working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of supplier management experience
- Minimum of seven years previous professional outside sales experience
- Three-tier management experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Wine/alcohol beverage industry experience highly desirable
