About The Job
As the Sales Director, your goal will be to drive revenue growth through leading, managing, and supporting the North American Sales team to source new business through multiple pipeline channels, discovering PubNub projects and use cases through consultative selling, drive deals from nurture to close, find opportunities for expansion, and ensure customers are successfully onboarded and growing, as well as develop regional sales strategy, refine the team's sales motion, and execute the strategy against quarterly goals and targets.
