We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth across all our sales channels.

Position Overview:

As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by overseeing and optimizing our customer service, wholesale, and e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand our market presence. This is a key leadership role that requires a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and hands-on management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wholesale Sales:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners and distributors, including our Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and manage wholesale pricing strategies and promotional campaigns for each of our wholesale channels and platforms.
  • Analyze and report product and sales data to the management team on a regular basis to help inform decision makers.
  • E-Commerce Sales:
  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to optimize online revenue and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and customer behavior to inform strategy and improve results.
  • Oversee the management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Customer Service Management:
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure exceptional support and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales leadership role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, wholesale sales strategies, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships and managing a team.
  • Proficiency in sales and customer service software, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
