Role at a Glance

Teampay is currently seeking a Sales Director to accelerate Teampay's growth. Successful candidates will consistently and predictably hit Teampay's new revenue targets and must thrive in a people-based culture. They must be passionate about identifying new business opportunities, data-driven and process-oriented. This person will also have experience aligning teams to work toward a common goal and has the ability to deliver creative ideas and solutions so that Teampay is well-positioned to win in a competitive market.

You will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new revenue and capture more market share for Teampay
  • Foster a sales culture of excellence by developing, coaching, and mentoring sales executives on selling, pricing, and negotiation methods, tactics, and best practices
  • Work with General Manager to deliver clear and predictable sales forecasts
  • Deliver a clear sales methodology that helps sellers improve win rate, shorten sales cycle times, and increase our average contract values
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, and CS leadership to deliver on our new business objectives
  • Grow and Maintain our partner relationships to further broaden Teampay's ecosystem of revenue generating sources
  • Lead teams through complex technology solution sales
  • Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated passion and experience for establishing a culture of learning and teaming
  • Excellent collaboration, relationship and team-building skills
  • Proven track record of leading a sales organization and driving account executives to achieve their goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage naturally with executives and be a person that others seek out
  • Organized and possessing strong prioritization and negotiation skills
  • Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual teams
  • Experienced in building relationships with business decision-makers
  • Perks:
