Job Summary

This role sits in ESFM's Kitchen Equipment Services (KES) business. The Sales Director will be responsible for creating new revenue growth and building brand presence among ESFM's clientele. You will proactively prospect and close new business on a direct and frequent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Executes a deliberate outreach and sales strategy based on disciplined prospecting, networking, and information gathering

Forms compelling strategies for client contacts, handles client relationship management with ease and confidence.

Has the ability to negotiate contract execution with clients. Develop proposals, deliver presentations, and gain consensus on terms of contracts.

Assists in long-term strategic planning within the business KES business unit.

Builds and manages a healthy pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecasts future new business wins; manages and predicts revenue, fully understanding the math of their sales results.

Performs lead follow-ups via email and phone, and places outbound cold calls for new prospects.

Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.

Manages internal relationships required to ensure solution meets clients' key decision criteria.

Experience in a bidding and winning environment

Presents new products and/or cross-sell opportunities to current KES clients and closes new business within these accounts.

Communicates and liaises with various internal and external groups, including ESFM's enterprise sales team.

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of the types of equipment in commercial kitchens, kitchen equipment maintenance requirements/schedules, and kitchen operations in general is required

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably selling a service versus a product

Ability to travel with some frequency (up to 35%)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent customer/client relationship skills, both internally and externally

Strong influencing skills and excellent negotiation skills

Compensation

This position is eligible for additional incentive pay
