Position: Sales Director
Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will manage a team of lead generation specialists and be responsible for selling our services to prospective sports organizations across the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct 4-8 warm lead sales calls per day.
- Manage and motivate a team of lead generation specialists to schedule warm lead calls for you each day.
- Present our services to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product/service knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- A self-starter with a hunter's mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

This job is a 100% “In Office” position at USA Prime Sports, 17440 Dallas Pkwy #116, Dallas, TX 75287.
