Job Summary
As a Sales Director, we are looking for an experienced sales representative who has a current book of business and can generate new business as well. Our candidate must be dynamic and engaging with a work hard/play hard mentality that matches Echelon's culture. Our compensation is geared for large commissions which are above current market rates. Your primary objective in this role is to sell our specialized asset services and brokerage to clients. You will target sales across several industries with a focus on cold-chain transportation. Additionally, you will work in conjunction with Sr. Management on RFPs to quote new and existing business opportunities. The Sales Director will have a flexible schedule working from home, in the office or traveling to visit clients. You are responsible for maintaining and growing your own book of business while meeting customer expectations and revenue goals.
