The community Membership Director is responsible for the entire sales process that reinforces the community's brand reputation, increases awareness of the community's services and programs, develops prospective residents, and achieves maximum occupancy goals. They effectively use sales tools throughout the process and facilitate successful transitions from where the sales process ends and the move-in and welcome process begins, to ensure a smooth and welcoming resident experience.
