Check out our website: Star BlendsThe RoleThe Sales Director is responsible for leading, managing, directing, and coordinating all sales related activities necessary to achieve profitability, long-term growth, and stability of the business. The primary objective is to define and drive strategic sales initiatives that establish, expand, and maintain a strong customer base, coordinate sales campaigns, manage and develop the sales team, and represent, support, and promote assigned vendor products.Your Contributions
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, ensuring goals are met or exceeded
  • Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to continually feed Star Blends' sales funnel
  • Track sales KPI's and make adjustments as needed
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Manage relationships with key independent consultants
  • Manage and organize our CRM database
  • Review financial statements, CRM sales, activity reports, and other performance data
  • Direct and coordinate budget activities to determine equipment sales revenues, maximize resources, and increase efficiencies
  • Participate in industry related events such as conferences and trade shows
  • Provide monthly/quarterly updates related to budget and forecast
  • Foster professional growth for self and others
Qualification And Experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience
  • Excellent strategic and business mindset
  • Strong team building skills
  • Solid understanding of project management and business operations
  • Possession of the “Five I's” of Leadership – Intellect, Innovation & Creativity, Initiative, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity
