- Reporting directly to the co-CEOs, the Sales Director will manage and oversee sales activities for pallets, crating, and related services in the continental United States.
- Train, coach and lead the Sales Team, and work cross-functionally with other employees/departments to deliver profitable revenue growth.
- Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and overall skill development of sales personnel.
- Improve and implement a sales training program, with best practices and sales coaching.
- Act as a role model by actively selling and managing customer accounts for the equivalent of 20% of their time.
- Emphasis on net new business by prospecting, and hunting for new business opportunities by utilizing (ZoomInfo, trade shows, referrals, inbound leads, LinkedIn, warm/cold emails & phone calls, in-person visits, networking, etc.)
- Manage sales and business development activities of Outside and Inside Sales Representatives.
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with Sales Representatives.
