Kennon Products is seeking a Facilities and Small Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our innovative team and ensure the optimal functioning of our manufacturing facility and sewing equipment. This isn't just a maintenance role-it's an opportunity to be part of a company that values transparency, collaboration, and a can-do attitude.What You'll Do:
  • Keep Us Running: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on our facility's infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
  • Be Our Troubleshooter: Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment.
  • Master the Machines: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on sewing machines and related equipment, ensuring they perform at their best.
  • Lead with TPM: Develop and lead our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program, guiding others in routine equipment maintenance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and control inventory for company-owned equipment and tooling.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with another Maintenance Technician on major projects, from facility layout changes to new equipment installations.
