First MCO is seeking an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our organization.
The Sales Director plays a crucial role in securing new business, maintaining clients, and communicating with our various Operations teams. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving your territory's new revenue sales goal by identifying and developing new logos, as well as upselling existing clients' book of business. Candidates must also meet or exceed other performance goals set by our VP, Strategic Partnership's Sales plan as well as personal goals.
The Sales Director will input all sales and account information into the company CRM program on a weekly basis; providing detailed information in order to achieve Sales plan success, manager knowledge, and other information which will be shared across business units.
The Sales Director will participate in Sales related activities including trade shows, conferences and events while obtaining contact information and other pertinent industry competitive knowledge advantageous to First MCO. We are looking for individuals who are motivated and possess relationship-building skills necessary to achieve our Sales growth targets.
Required Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
3-5 years Workers' Compensation and/or Auto Industry experience (Preferred)
Managed Care Sales experience is a plus
