WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:The West Sales Team is looking for a Sales Director based in the Northwest, targeting Seattle. You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and developing regional agency, advertiser, and network relationships while working from your home office.
Approximately 75% of your sales focus will be on new business generation while the other 25% will be on developing and growing accounts or migrating them from a trial to full usage. A healthy flow of inbound leads exists.
You will be provided training in our Fort Worth, TX office. You will get to demo technologies and experience capabilities and limitations firsthand. In addition, you will meet with the Client Services department and receive specific training on the sales deck.
Your primary activities include call and meeting set-up, online WebEx demos, client-facing information discovery, proposal development, translation of discovery into strategic and tactical recommendations, contract ratification and execution, and client transfer to Simpli.fi's Fort Worth Client Success Teams.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $140,000.
