Key Accountabilities
Oversee sales for all assigned territoryHire, train, direct, and manage salespeopleManage & own all crucial sales team activities, account assignment, goal setting to result in increased sales, gross profit, market share, dual brands, visibilitySet the team strategy and vision to achieve the multi-divisional, on-premise objectivesCoordinate, support, and create sales objectives with Vice President, portfolio managers, and suppliersCreate and maintain a positive high-performance team culture, lead all recruiting, hiring and performance management including succession planningDevelop, study, train, communicate, measure, and manage the appropriate utilization of industry trends, data, business solutions, and IT applications to the sales forceLead team meetings and one-on-onesProvide value via regular sales calls and business reviews.Strategical work and be the expert on the current situation in the market with constant contact with salespeople, divisional management, and suppliersKnowledge/Skills/Abilities

Exceptional understanding of management and motivational techniques10+ years' experience within beverage industryCandidate must live in the territory, possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and registrationPhysical Demands and Environment:
