A Camerons Coffee the Sales Director responsibilities will be to profitably grow assigned accounts directly as well as with broker partners throughout the country. Preparing and executing a profitable growth plan that is within the Coffee business and Grupo Nutresas strategic framework is paramount. Beyond managing current business, building new business in existing and new channels and categories, will be a crucial component for success.
This is a remote position with up to 25% travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute short and long term go to market strategies in B2B Private Label programs in the US for the coffee business.
Develop capabilities aligned with the (Geographic Development Index GDI) both, in team members and company.
Engage in growth strategies both, organic and inorganic.
Ensure all sales administration activities are conducted appropriately and efficiently in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue, customer retention and customer service.
Responsible for supporting the financial performance of the gross revenue and net revenue lines on P&L. Budget management capabilities and financial savviness are key for this role.
Support individual and team performance through effective coaching.
Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Represent Camerons Coffee and Grupo Nutresas coffee business at industry and customer events.
Forecasting for existing business, new business, and promotional activity.
Engage cross functional partners within the company and whole business to improve processes and overall business results.
Establish regular and positive interactions with the Corporate team, while concurrently adeptly managing multicultural teams.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of professional CPG food sales experience. Grocery experience preferred, with direct account management of at least one large customer or multiple smaller customers
Broker management experience preferred
Experience in multiple channels (Mass, Grocery, Drug, Dollar, Club, Natural, eComm, food service) preferred
Trade spending and forecast management experience preferred
