About the RolePermutive is seeking a results-driven Senior Programmatic Trader/Media Buyer (Sales Director) to lead our programmatic advertising efforts in the US/UK.
The ideal candidate is a highly transactional seller with a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive successful campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
About the TeamPermutive possesses the most scaled and durable audience data on the open web: Publisher 1st Party data. We've established a foothold in the advertiser market with flagship customers like Dell Technologies and Sky. Now, we're expanding our offering to replace third-party data on the open web and are building a team to accelerate this initiative.
Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed media spend targets on the Permutive platform across multiple agencies.
What You Will DoWe take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on marketing information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary of $150,000 to $160,000.
Additional compensation:
If you join Permutive as a Sales Director with a base salary of $150,000 and reach 100% quota attainment in a year, your OTE for that year will be around $300,000. The true earning potential is significantly higher as your potential to earn is uncapped, 100% quota attainment is the minimum expectation for our Sales Directors.
