Job DetailsJob Details:Our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization is seeking a Permanent Sales Enablement Analyst. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of PowerBI, Tableau, and Dashboard to help us streamline our sales process and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the sales industry, with a focus on sales analytics and data visualization. Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the successful execution of the sales strategy by providing the necessary tools, resources, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance and identify trends using PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our sales pipeline and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of sales tools and resources.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales enablement programs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement them.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales enablement technologies and trends and make recommendations for their application within our organization.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role, with a focus on sales analytics and data visualization.
  • Proven experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and Dashboard.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
