A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Sales Engineer at Atotech in Southern California, you will partner with Product Marketing Managers and other colleagues to demonstrate, sell and support installation of Atotech chemistry and equipment products to the PCB, PWB and Advanced Packaging industry. In this role, you will report to the EL Business Director. You Will Make an Impact By: • Market Atotech EL chemistry and equipment products to key accounts and potential customers in the Southern California territory. • Participate in demonstrations, technical presentations and any activity which could lead to increased sales of Atotech products and services. • Support installation of chemistry products at customers facilities. • Assist the customers in optimization and operator training. • Perform audits of customer processes to insure optimum performance and continuous improvement and demonstrate the value of Atotech's best local service. • Perform analysis of customer process chemistries at their site. • Providing Account Management for our business with the customers. • Travel Requirements: This is a remote position located in Southern California and daily territorial travel is expected. Wider Domestic and International travel is possible, though relatively rare. Skills You Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other technical/engineering fields. • Five years minimum experience technology or electronics manufacturing, preferably in PCB, PWB and Advanced Packaging chemical process engineering. • Root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills; both chemical and mechanical. Preferred Skills: (Optional) • Sales experience • Account management experience • Ability to travel both domestic and international • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Compensation and Benefits: Salary Pay Range: $ 72,500.00 - 134,600.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS up to 10% of salary [or as applicable].
