Overview:

Olympic West Fire Protection, LLC (a Sentinel Safety & Security entity), is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while advancing your career in sales.

The Sales Executive will build and maintain a network of resources to identify new sales leads. This position will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand theirproduct or serviceneeds.
  • Demonstrate the functionsand utility of products and services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintain detailed reportsof sales activities including calls, orders,sales, lost business,and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provide sales forecastfor assigned territory.
  • Perform other dutiesas assigned.

Sales Executive Qualifications:

  • Must have fire sprinkler industry experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field;or equivalent practicalexperience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to build and maintainbusiness relationships with clients.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned territory, market, and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skillsand attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be willingto travel.
