Apply now!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Engage with customers and potential clients regularly, maintaining relationships and ensuring ongoing success of accounts in collaboration with local assigned Account Executive/Account ManagerEnsure alignment with branch strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline developmentManage customer interactions including fostering relationships, making customer calls, and closing deals while ensuring the regular maintenance of content within our Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) toolCollaborate with other internal departments to understand customers' business challenges and supply chain goals and ensure a seamless and positive customer experienceDevelop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer's business strategyProspect, plan, and conduct face to face visits with new prospective customers within Branch territoryRespond to sales leads generated by overseas offices or assigned by your Sales ManagerCoordinate quotes with your Sales Coordinator (where applicable) and facilitate the transition of new customers to the local Account Executive/Account ManagerQUALIFICATIONSRequired:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 - 3 years of Global Forwarding outside sales experienceWillingness to travel within assigned territory, minimum 3-4 days per weekPreferred:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityAdvanced knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminologyExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detailStrong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence othersSelf-driven, results-orientated individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profitabilityKeen sense for business development with a clear “hunter” mentalityDevelop and maintain strong inter-company relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentCompensation Range$59,300.00 - $123,200.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
