Sales Executive Description

  • The Sales Executive, Software is responsible for growing software solutions sales in our DTX Studio software business. DTX Studio is a comprehensive dental software suite that integrates 2D and 3D imaging, diagnostics, treatment planning, and collaboration tools to enhance patient care and streamline clinical workflows.
  • The primary objective for this position is to identify existing customers interested in upgrading their software to our DTX Studio suite over the phone.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow the DTX Studio software business in assigned territory by enrolling new customers to DTX Studio software.
  • Partner with Envista colleagues to identify new opportunities for new enrollments of DTX Studio software.
  • Leverage systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP to effectively identify opportunities.
  • Follow-up with cold and warm leads to enroll customers into DTX Studio software subscription.
  • Build strong relationships with the customer base through a regular cadence of communication to ensure that their subscription remains active.
  • Proactively contact customers to update their payment information to ensure that the business receives recurring revenue on time and there is no lapse in service.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM.
  • Be willing to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3+ years experience of self-generating leads.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with selling dental software solutions.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems preferred.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills.
  • Excellent Consultative Selling Skills.
  • Excellent Collaborative Behavior Skills.
  • Well spoken, organized, self-motivated, and ambitious.
  • Consistently ranks in the top tier at previous sales jobs.
  • Able to navigate multiple computer tabs/screens.

  • Scripted Environment – Have the ability to follow a script, but make it your own.
