Job Description As a Sales Representative at Nokia AIMS, you'll drive business development and sales for our innovative autonomous drone and analytics services. This role is crucial for rapidly building a robust and sustainable sales pipeline in the logistics and warehouse industry. You will independently identify and pursue new opportunities, set up meetings, and close deals while working closely with a small, dynamic team. Your entrepreneurial spirit will shine as you attend trade shows, conferences, and lead webinars to generate qualified leads. Act as voice of the customer while collaborating with the General Manager, marketing, and product teams, to ensure customer and industry insights are integrated into our product and go to market strategy. Overall, this role offers an exciting and demanding opportunity for someone ambitious, can get their foot in the door, and has a sense of fun, but at the end of the day, can bring home the bacon. Responsibilities As part of the team, you will:
- Identify, source, and qualify potential customers through research and networking
- Negotiate and close deals with the support of the General Manager
- Develop and implement sales and lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
- Write sales proposals tailored to meet customer needs
- Schedule meetings with prospective customers and utilize consultative selling techniques
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, growing customer accounts into multiple sites
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads
- Maintain CRM database and documentation, providing accurate sales forecasts
- Conduct research on the supply chain and logistics industry to uncover new sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and leadership to ensure customer feedback is incorporated
Qualifications You have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience in a warehouse, supply chain, or similar industry
- 4+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, business development, or enterprise sales with proven results
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and a do whatever it takes attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering compelling presentations and crafting personalized and persuasive emails
- Willingness to travel for events and client visits
