The sales executive is responsible for driving sales and exceeding their new business sales quota while cultivating strong relationships with assigned brokers and consultants. An experienced sales role for a motivated individual that is focused on achieving results.
Responsibilities:
* Communicates and identifies sales opportunities with sales management
* May participate on assigned projects where new business representation is needed
* Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
* Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated as a guiding principle.
* Persist in accomplishing objectives to consistently achieve results despite any obstacles and setbacks that arise.
* Build strong relationships and infrastructures that designate the Mass General Brigham Health Plan as a people-first organization.
QualificationsRequirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 3-5 years of related experience.
* Licensed to sell Health and Disability Insurance in Massachusetts
* 3-5 years of sales executive experience
Preferred Skills:
* Prior health plan Sales experience
* New business Sales experience
* Demonstrate the Mass General Brigham Health Plan core brand principles of always listening, challenging conventions, and providing value.
* Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions.
