Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and focus on business development in the South Texas region. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base and driving growth through the promotion of our services in gas processing, CNG automated fueling, oil field completion and drilling, micro grids for data centers, mining, and other industrial projects. The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships and contribute to building new partnerships in the West Texas area and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within the South Texas region.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to penetrate the West Texas market and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coherence in our business development efforts and service offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and position our products/services effectively.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and assess opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the energy, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong understanding of gas processing, CNG automated fueling, oil field operations, micro grids, and industrial applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Willingness to travel throughout the South and West Texas regions as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
