Job Description:
Job duties include, but are not limited to:Generate new business with targeted; non-enterprise accountsSupport customer experience organization with high-risk and upselling renewals for non-enterprise accountsDesign and deliver unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customer and AMDResponsible for selling AMD total solutions to target; non-enterprise accounts (high-risk upselling renewals; new business)Establish and build deep understanding of account needs; stakeholders and competitive situationBuild and lead internal cross functional selling team to execute account strategiesAnalyze impact of market trends and factors on customersDevelop strategic account plans for achieving goals including sales and marginIdentify new business opportunities by initiating; developing or delivering unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customer and companyNegotiate long term contracts Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale)Identify new business opportunities to expand current AMD shareKey performance metrics:Country Sales & Margin100% renewal rate of profitable business40% win rate of new customersCustomer Retention RateNet Promoter ScoreEconomic profitabilityExtensive travel$85 - $90k base, $40 - $45k commissions target, 7% profit sharing target, company car, cell plan, laptop, and so on.
