Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, operations, management, or another relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience: Five (5) years of experience as a leader in healthcare or the medical industry. Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, formation of the board of directors. Operations experience in a professional services firm is preferred, with a solid understanding of staff management, industry specifics, and business strategies Strong leadership and management skills with demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and achieve results required; must have prior supervisory experience Tech-savvy with experience in analyzing data to recognize trends and diagnose business health Strong understanding of business economics and budgeting Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change Willingness to work primarily on-site in New-York, Knowledgeable in Google Drive, Trello, Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Knowledge, skills and abilities: The ability to pay attention to details.
