Location: Kansas City, MO Pay: $80k-$85k+ first year earnings (base salary + commission) Schedule: Monday-Friday Our client is a staffing company that works within the manufacturing and distribution industries. They are looking for you, an experienced Sales Executive who is professional, engaging and highly motivated. What you get to do:
- Target prospects, qualify prospective business, and conducting customer meetings
- Generate new target prospects through research, networking at key client/association events and referrals, and establish appointments
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers to understand the client's needs and demonstrate the value of the company's services to meet those needs
What you need to succeed:
- 1+ years outside sales experience in a professional services environment is preferred
- Selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment
- Highly self-motivated to exceed sales quotas by closing new business
- Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
