Responsibilities

  • Prospect large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding
  • Handle complex sales cycles and influence various levels of decision-making
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers
  • Attend industry events for networking and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Must reside in the US
  • 7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS
  • Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem community
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel for industry conferences 2-3 times per year

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Professional staffing sales
  • 3-5 years in Managed Services sales
  • Proven success in a client acquisition role
