About the job Sales Executive (Remote) SUMMARY:This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years staffing experience to join a fully remote national sales team. If you are in search of a niche in the Staffing industry that brings innovation to the way you can deliver staffing services to your clients, this is a great opportunity for you to explore. You will be prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and growing overall US market share. Your primary focus will be new client acquisition! RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies.
  • Manage sales process from initial outreach to new client onboarding.
  • Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
  • Attend industry events
MUST HAVE:
  • Proven success in acquiring net new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space
  • Minimum 7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers
  • 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS
  • Must reside in the US
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
