US Sales Director Our client is a fast-growing global FinTech dedicated to addressing structural inefficiencies in money markets, a mission that began in response to the liquidity crisis during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. Their Fixed-Term Fund platform connects cash-rich firms with institutional borrowers through innovative digital solutions. Launched in 2018, they aim to provide institutional clients with access to the best risk-adjusted cash investment options, addressing a global, multi-trillion-dollar challenge. A leading player in European cash management, our client is now expanding to the US, seeking an expert Sales Director to grow their US client base and elevate their global presence in the market. You will play a pivotal role in growing the client base, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with institutional investors and borrowers. You will work closely with key decision-makers in Private Equity, Asset Management, and Corporate Treasury departments to introduce them to our client's innovative cash management solutions. What you will do:
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to accelerate the company's expansion in the US.
- Engage directly with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior financial executives to drive sales and establish our client's presence in the US market.
- Collaborate with Sales Analysts to identify and engage with new prospects, enhancing sales opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales Directors, Client Services, and Marketing teams in the UK to ensure seamless coordination between US and European operations.
- Partner with the client services team to address inquiries and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring excellent client service.

- Established relationships with customers and partners relevant to treasury management.

- Based in New York City - Willingness to travel across North America for conferences and events, and to Europe for team activities and offsites.
