Our objective is to connect optometrists, opticians, eye care professionals, and eyewear retailers with innovative brands and companies.As one of the first shows back post-pandemic, Vision Expo found its' new identity, creating new floorplans and neighborhoods to match the excitement and changes of the Vision industry. The show is colorful, creative and a great challenge for anyone looking to exercise their critical thinking and sales skills. We invite you to apply to come along for the ride.About the RoleThis role will focus on the acquisition and retention of customers for our events and websites. You will drive yearly sales growth by developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with our existing, returning, and new accounts.ResponsibilitiesManaging a sales territory, prioritizing digital offerings and engaging with existing, lapsed, and new customers.Strengthening existing account relationships using a value-based selling approach.Nurturing and growing new business accounts, identifying high potential customers.Maintaining attention to detail with Salesforce management and accurate reporting.Collaborating with internal groups to address client needs and issues.Learning and gathering ideas from colleagues, and traveling to other shows in the RX portfolio.Juggling multiple show cycles and adapting to the changing event industry.Exhibiting excellent written and oral communication skills.RequirementsHave the ability to organize and manage a sales territory with proven experience in sales or account management.Be able to strengthen existing account relationships using a value-based selling approach as well as nurturing new accounts.Have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as organizational and accurate reporting skills.Have attention to detail with Salesforce management and accurate reporting.Be open to learning and gathering ideas from colleagues, and traveling where necessary.Have a team player mentality and be driven to meet individual goals and targets.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
