Job Overview

We are a rapidly expanding data analytics and enterprise planning firm dedicated to addressing intricate business challenges and establishing ourselves as the partner of choice for enterprises through data-driven transformations. We are currently in search of a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Vice President of International Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives and propel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a high-performing sales team, offering mentorship, coaching, and support to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Formulate and execute impactful sales strategies, initiatives, and programs aimed at maximizing revenue generation.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the sales division.
  • Enhance sales processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assume full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) for the international sales division.
  • Oversee the development and management of budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to achieve set revenue and profitability targets.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overarching business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients on a global scale.
  • Stay abreast of the evolving landscape of digital media measurement, identifying emerging trends and opportunities within the sector.
  • Leverage expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to effectively position our solutions within the marketplace.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and deliver valuable insights to clients.
  • Maintain a proactive ‘hunter' mindset within the data space, cloud, and enterprise data services.
  • Expand the business with existing clients through targeted upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Build and cultivate a robust network of industry contacts, prospective clients, and strategic partners.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in sales and team management.
  • Strong comprehension of data analytics and enterprise performance management.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends.
  • A proactive ‘hunter' mentality within the domains of data, cloud, and enterprise data services.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales, particularly in enterprise software solutions.
  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, including team management and revenue growth.
  • Solid experience in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Experience in coordinating sales efforts across global cross-functional teams.
