Sales Inventory Coordinator

Location : Columbus, OH

Work hours will follow a rotating weekly schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM EST one week, and 11 AM to 8 PM EST the next, to align with West Coast business needs.

OVERVIEW

Orange Barrel Media is seeking a versatile and energetic Sales Inventory Coordinator with strong organizational skills to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of digital and static signage programs. As the Sales Inventory Coordinator, you will support the Sales Inventory Manager in managing all digital and static inventory. Your responsibilities will include providing real-time updates on occupancy and availability to internal and external partners, as well as assisting in onboarding new inventory. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for assisting the Sales Inventory Manager in:
    • Trafficking high volume inbound campaign inventory hold requests
    • Handling all pre- and post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries efficiently
    • Quickly resolving conflicts relative to overall inventory management processes
    • Producing, editing and advising on “time-sold” and pre-emption in order to maximize inventory
    • Managing campaigns effectively - revise and review inventory appropriately
    • Maintaining management of all property calendars
  • Follow up daily with Sales team on status of campaign holds and inventory
  • Assist with creating new campaigns using the sales platform Ayuda
  • Liaison with other departments, i.e. Creative, Accounting, Development etc. as required
  • Utilize Trello to maintain contracts and scheduling, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible

  • Skilled problem solver and a good communicator
  • Responsive and thrives in a fast-paced advertising environment
  • Rolls with the punches, flexible, and jumps into unique situations with an open mind
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • 4-year college degree
  • At least three years of experience in the advertising industry preferred
  • Mac & PC experience
