Sales Inventory Coordinator Reports To: Sales Analytics Manager Department: Sales Location: Corona, California Position Type: Full Time Schedule: 7AM - 4PM (OT and weekends, as needed) Classification: Non- Exempt Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $31.00 Hourly Position Summary The Sales Inventory Coordinator will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the sales and customer service teams. Acting as the behind-the-scenes facilitator, they will manage forecast and customer inquiries, while providing vital support to sales representatives. Their efforts will contribute to a seamless downstream process from sales to operations enhancing the overall customer satisfaction with the service delivered. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university, preferred. Minimum of 2-year relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service preferably within the food manufacturing industry. Excellent verbal and written communications Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with proven accuracy. Proficient Excel spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities. Must have the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Able to manage time effectively in fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members Detail-oriented, excellent record keeping and documentation skills. Desired Qualifications Experience in Food/Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry preferred. Strong analytical experience in MS office. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish a plus) Proficient sales and customer service acumen Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts Knowledge of trends and regulations to food specific industry Ability to collaborate with other department stakeholders to develop commercialization processes Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
