We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth with advancement to a Director position! Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation. Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients. Project Management: Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure successful project execution. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our interior remodeling services and solutions. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management for interior remodeling. Strong understanding of interior design trends and home improvement concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
