Position Type/Expected Hours Worked:

This is a full-time position on commission basis; some on-site projects are likely to require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical ‘9 to 5' job. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will grow Bumble Bee Blinds of SW Orlando revenue by generating both consumer and business referral lead opportunities through the following characteristics:

  • Leading and motivating the sales team
  • Understand, help develop, and optimize the lead flow process, including independent lead finding, prospecting, and canvassing, ideally using strategies that you've developed in past roles
  • Helping to build and support a ‘growth mindset' environment within the organization
  • Driving customer sales and satisfaction from lead generation to job completion
  • In the field, you will be running company leads, referrals, prospecting and cold calling, performing property inspections, signing contracts, meeting insurance adjusters, writing and providing estimates, and formally contracting the job to generate sales and contracted revenue for the company.
  • In addition, you will serve as the customer's primary point of contact, and both proactively prevent job-related issues and address them as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Building our network (and creating Lead Sources) for the company through community engagement and building relationships with real estate agents, interior designers, home builders, contractors, and property managers.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and improve current systems (e.g., CRM) to provide accurate information, changes, feedback on customers, leads, and other relevant information to the company and the Owner.
  • Participate in company sales meetings and training meetings to advance any necessary learning/training to improve as a Sales Lead.
  • Learn and drive adoption within the Sales team of Bumble Bee Blinds University Virtual Training Platform to stay current on products and processes used by the broader company.
  • Keep production and accounts receivable departments aware of any changes in jobs, or customer demands, change orders, or other pertinent information.
  • Ensure jobs sold and contacted achieve minimum required profitability targets.

Sales Lead Requirements:

  • GED, 2 or 4-year degree or trade school equivalent
  • Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Management preferred
  • 4+ years of Sales & Marketing experience
  • Must have Home Services Sales or Outside Sales experience
  • Good Sales and Convincing skills required
  • Well versed with Organic marketing, Social media marketing, and advertising
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle
  • Spanish fluency a plus

Work Environment:

Bumble Bee Blinds' Sales Lead role will handle various on-site projects, in-market networking, and office-related tasks. This role will report directly to the Company ownership.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The Associate should be able to stand, sit at an office space or outdoor environment, see, hear, and understand speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies, and materials up to 40-50 pounds, use office equipment and computers. The Associate is exposed to typical office working conditions.
