Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Lead to join our team in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent computer skills, and a talent for communicating effectively. In this role, you will oversee the inside sales team, manage customer accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to meet performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including production and shipping, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other software to track customer interactions, orders, and generate sales reports.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure the sales team maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
  • Manage and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
