The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.The Sales Leader develops strategic plans to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue for the East Business Unit (BU); provides direct leadership, management and coaching to the BU sales team; and actively manages performance to ensure sales results. The Sales Leader works to secure new business, develops growth plans, and is ultimately accountable to ensuring the BU sales goal is met and/or exceeded for Regional Sales including MUSH, C&I, Performance Contracting, etc. across a variety of energy scopes.
Looking for someone to be in the Mid Atlantic, PA, NY or New England and a desire to travel throughout the Business Unit territory.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$185,000+ commission + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
