Role Overview

Join our groundbreaking Sales team as a Sales Leadership Associate at Force Factor, where you'll learn CPG sales strategy from the ground up. This program is designed for entry-level candidates who are not only eager to excel in our fast-paced, high-performance environment but are also driven by a desire to sell products that have a meaningful, positive effect on global health and well-being. You will gain insights into our diverse range of retail partners in the food, drug, mass, and club sectors. In the heart of our program lies sales professionals committed to providing mentorship and demonstrating their passion for the art of selling. Here, you will be part of a movement, driving change by promoting products that don't just meet a market need but actively contribute to improving global health.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Food, Drug, Mass & Club Sales team, you will provide both analytical and executional support for brands like Walmart and CVS. You will directly report to our Senior Vice President of FDMC Sales to help accelerate your professional career in sales.

During this development period, you will:

  • Sell Force Factor products to diverse customer segments.
  • Use data to craft compelling narratives for buyers.
  • Develop effective pricing strategies, promotions, and planograms to optimize product sales.

Career Advancement

As a Sales Leadership Associate, your progression is directly influenced by your contributions and achievements. Within 6 months of demonstrating your impact and skills, you should advance to the role of a Sales Analyst. After 1 year at Force Factor, you will have the opportunity to become a Regional Account Manager, carving out a dynamic career path based on your performance and dedication.

  • Recent Graduates: Ideal candidates are either upcoming graduates from strong business programs or Professionals with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Application Criteria

  • A great academic track record – you should be a student completing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited university, graduating between December 2021 and May 2025 with a performance track record that demonstrates high achievement.
  • We are open to brilliant hard workers from any concentration or major.
  • A performance-focused, results-oriented approach – you will need to have a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results
  • Open to relocation or living in the Greater Boston Area. This is an office-first position.
