Job Description:
The GTM Leadership Enablement Program Manager will play a pivotal role in empowering Sigma's sales leadership as we scale our organization. This role will lead the development of strategic enablement programs designed to enhance the skills, processes, and systems knowledge required for our sales leaders to successfully manage their teams and drive business growth. Sigma is looking for an experienced program manager who can elevate our sales leadership's performance across multiple areas: data-driven decision making, operational excellence, recruiting top talent, and coaching for success.This role will report directly to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement and can be based out of our San Francisco or New York offices.What you will be doing:
  • Build and Lead Sales Leadership Programs: Develop and implement enablement programs focused on 4 key areas: 1) understanding business through reporting and analysis, 2) establishing an operating cadence (team meetings, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecasts), 3) recruiting top talent, and 4) performance management and coaching.
  • Support Sales Leadership Onboarding: Design onboarding experiences that quickly bring new leaders up to speed with Sigma's operating cadence, methodologies, MEDDPICC, value frameworks, and sales process for complex enterprise sales.
  • Enhance Coaching and Leadership Development: Create ongoing development programs that provide sales leaders with the skills needed to drive performance improvement and manage their teams effectively.
  • Foster Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and support long-term growth strategies.
  • Develop Field Assets: Partner with the enablement team to produce leadership-focused resources such as reporting templates, coaching frameworks, and operational tools.
  • Measure and Optimize Program Impact: Use performance data and feedback from sales leaders to continuously assess and refine enablement programs for maximum effectiveness.

Tools you will be working with:
  • Sigma Computing (BI & Analytics Platform)
  • Sales Tech Stack & Enablement Tools (Salesforce.com, Workramp, Outreach, Gong)
Travel requirements:
  • Occasional travel between the San Francisco and New York offices, with potential visits to sales leadership summits and conferences.
Who you are:
  • Experience: You have a strong background in sales or sales leadership roles, preferably with experience in complex sales cycles and coaching sales teams. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, or similar frameworks is a must.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Skills: You're a strong facilitator with a proven ability to influence sales leaders and drive change. You have a solid understanding of leadership development, coaching techniques, and adult learning best practices.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and enablement technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing.
