As a Sales Agent, your main responsibilities include assisting clients with our services, scheduling moves, junk removal, and on-site estimates across Long Island. You will handle inbound calls, reach out to online inquiries, and correspond via email to explain our services and set up appointments/estimates without any cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional service

Inform clients about our services and procedures

Maintain a positive brand representation

Book viable inbound and outbound sales calls with a high close rate

Adhere to Contact Center policies and procedures

We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions with flexible schedules within our operating hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8am - 9pm
• Saturday: 8am - 7pm
• Sunday: 9am – 6pm

Compensation: $16/hr + commission (average $18-23/hr with commission & incentives). Initial training period at $15/hr with the potential for commission in the first week. PTO is also provided.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Typing proficiency of at least 40 WPM
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs
