Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Manager Industry: Foundation Repair (not required) Salary Range: $100,000, plus based on achieving KPIs *Relocation Assistance is available. Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team of Field Estimators in achieving sales goals within the foundation repair industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside B2C sales management, with experience in high-performance, KPI-driven environments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 6 Field Estimators, with plans to expand the team to 10+
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales goals, emphasizing high close rates
  • Monitor and optimize the sales process from lead generation through to contract closing
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Appointment Setting team to optimize lead management and appointment scheduling
  • Occasionally run leads and conduct field observations to provide strategic feedback to the Estimation team
  • Implement accountability measures to ensure adherence to established KPIs and sales processes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and proactive problem-solving within the sales team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, with significant experience in managing teams of 10+ people
  • Proven track record in outside B2C sales, ideally within foundation repair, roofing, car dealerships, or similarly competitive, high KPI industries
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to have difficult conversations when necessary
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred but not required

  • A proactive problem solver with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions in a less structured environment
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for field observations and team meetings
