**The Role**

The Sales Manager is responsible for building success by identifying, qualifying, and selling prospects on the value of TripleLift. This role is responsible for supporting new and current TripleLift automotive accounts, growing existing automotive accounts while hunting for new partners. A Sales manager should leverage existing relationships to convert advertisers from only using our best in market native programmatic advertising to all of TripleLifts variety of products and solutions. The best candidate brings relationships with them to the table, and they are comfortable presenting at a transactional level; all the while evangelizing, educating, and influencing buying teams at the agency. TripleLift is one of the fastest-growing ad-tech businesses in the world and we are looking for someone to continue this growth with.

**Responsibilities**:

* Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and trading desks

* Develop leads and build the pipeline

* Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan

* Assess potential business deals through RFP response and gain commitment

* Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization

* Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales

* Grow accounts to whale status within your account list

* Form preferred partnerships with agency clients

**Desired Skills and Attributes**

* Baseline understanding of digital advertising, DSPs, programmatic, and general sales process

* Proven track record of sales/upselling success, achieving goals, managing to a number

* Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations

* Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft

* Strong communications and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work individually and collaboratively

* Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment

* A keen interest in the automotive and ad-tech industry

**Education Requirement**

* Bachelors degree

**Experience Requirement**

* 3-5 years in digital, media, or ad tech sales
