Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Client Management for Chemical Construction Materials.Achieve the sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.Promote and provide technical support for the company's chemical construction materials.Client Training & After-Sales Service:Provide product training to clients to ensure correct usage.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resource sharing.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Chemistry, Construction Materials, Marketing, or related fields.Work Experience:- At least 3 years of experience in sales within the construction materials or related industries. Experience in selling Rubber Powder, cellulose ether, or other chemical construction materials is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Brazil construction materials market and customer demands; industry connections are a plus.
3.Skills:
- Strong market analysis and customer communication abilities.
- Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Good teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a plus.
