DescriptionKey Responsibilities:You will be leading a mid-to-large team of sales representatives and driving profitable sales growth in an assigned territoryYou'll be responsible to Recruit, Develop, Coach, and Support new and existing Sales Representatives, and ensure that they meet their weekly performance guidelines to exceed quotaWork directly with the General Manager, Regional Office and Corporate support team to evaluate and develop new local and/or regional new account acquisition opportunitiesBuild strong relationships, internally and externally, to ensure the overall success of new salesProvide support in prospecting, setting appointments with prospects, understanding the industries we serve, learning our products and service solutions, presenting our value proposition, and exceeding a sales quotaResponsible for communicating updates, progress, challenges and opportunities to executive leadershipMonitor sales reports, take appropriate action, and communicate trends and market conditions to the Director and Vice PresidentRequirements:Minimum High School Diploma/GEDMinimum two years of business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a serviceMinimum three years managing sales professionals using an account management approach (prospecting, selling, growing, maintaining, and retaining accounts)Strong track record of accomplishments and demonstrated success managing sales professionals through the use of formal activity guidelines and technology-based measurement systemsProfessional presence and proficiency in consultative selling skillsStrong presentation and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and contact-management software such as Salesforce, ACT, etc.Willing to travel, including some overnight travelA valid driver's licenseSuccessful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checksA Career With Vestis OffersCompetitive base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunitiesMonthly car allowance and gas cardMedical benefits available first day of employmentSignificant personal growth and developmentEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
