This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who excels in client relationship building and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and secure corporate group business for the hotel, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and reports as needed.
- Represent the hotel at industry conferences and networking events.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a branded hotel setting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
