Also, our products are among the most popular in the mirror category on the Walmart platform. Our products perform exceptionally well on online platforms such as Wayfair, Home Depot, and others. We have established a strong presence in the European market, particularly in Germany, where we rank first and second in the BSR rankings. We are gradually expanding our presence in other countries.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Easly, Inc located in Pico Rivera, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales data, forecast future sales trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Sales Performance Analysis and Forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the home decor, furniture, and related industry
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
