SALES MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a successful resort on South Padre Island, TX. As the Director of Sales, you will lead and oversee the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets for the resort. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional to take their career to new heights in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Compensation: Base Salary up to $60,000 + bonus, health benefits, PTO, a flexible work schedule, and much more!

Qualifications:

• Proven outside sales experience in hospitality
• Must be able to commute to South Padre Island and have first-hand knowledge of the local market
• The ability to lead a dynamic team and creatively solve problems
• Self-starting, driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset
